The O'Reilly USA Modified Series and On Track Ministries are
happy to announce that David Martin will serve as the
official chaplain for the O'Reilly USA Modified Series. On
Track Ministries has been serving the racing community
throughout the Midwest for the past 12 years.
On Track Ministries' philosophy of ministry is one of a low
key, servant, relationship style. It is an approach of
serving and being where the people are with consistency and
availability. It is a ministry centered on sensitivity to
the needs of those to whom we are ministering. We do not
push our way into ministering to those who do not want it.
We provide services of caring and availability in time of
need.
"Over the years chaplains from NASCAR to regional series'
and the local track have become an important part of the
racing community. I am honored to have the privilege of
serving as the chaplain for the O'Reilly USA Modified

’05 USA CHAMP SCOTT FIRST
TO
ENTER SPRING CLASH 75
02.29.08…Fortville
IN…Harold Scott, the 2005 USA Modified Champion, is the
first to file pre-entry for the Spring Clash 75, Music City
Motorplex, Nashville TN. This is the first year for the
O’Reilly USA Modified Series to open its racing season at
the Historic 5/8 mile facility. The race, which is to
include CRA Late Models and Street Stocks, is scheduled for
March 29th, 2008. “Entries are slowly coming in
and I think most racers are hard at work trying to prepare
their race cars for this event. We have had several calls
from the Southern guys, so I expect a good field of cars!”
said USA Director Keith Beeching.
This years Spring
Clash, is just like the fall North / South Shootout,
requiring a $50 dollar pre-entry ($75 race day) so racers
are encouraged to download the entry from the web site and
send them in. Another note of concern that racers have had
is tires. Ellis Race Cars with Hoosier 970 Tires will be at
Nashville to service/sell tires. This is a four (4) tire
race. Don’t miss the best in Asphalt Modified racing…..The
O’Reilly USA Modified Series, Spring Clash 75 at Music City
Motorplex, Nashville TN.

02.12.08…Lakeville, IN…. Hoosier Tire will once again be the
Spec Tire for the O’Reilly USA Modified Series in 2008.
Hoosier Tire, which is manufactured in Plymouth, Indiana and
distributed through a network of warehouses across the
United States, will supply a Hoosier 27.0 and 26.5 / 970
Tire for use in all USA Modified Series events on the 2008
Championship Tour. Ellis Race Cars of Fortville, IN. will be

will have sizing and mounting available at every USA Event.

O'Reilly USA Modifieds Featured
in "2008 Spring Clash"
at the Famed Music City Motorplex
in Nashville

(February 1, 2008) – Officials from the famed Music City
Motorplex
 at
the Fairgrounds in Nashville, Tennessee have released plans for
an impressive "2008 Spring Clash" event on March 28th
& 29th. The event will include the All American 150 for the CRA
Super Series late models, a 75-lap event for the O’Reilly USA
Modified Series and a special-points 75-lap Shoot-out event
between the CRA Street Stocks and the MCM Sportsman.

January has been a busy month for
the Frazier Racing Team.
We have been working hard to build a new
modified and get our other cars ready for the
2008 season. We are planning to run the entire O’Reilly USA
Modified Series schedule in 2008. I will also participate at
Kalamazoo Speedway in the Modified division in 2008, but may
miss two races due to conflicting dates with the O’Reilly USA
Modified Series
schedule. We are also searching for a team to run our
McDonald’s and US Army logos at M-40 Speedway as Matt Weenink
will be taking 2008 off with plans to return in 2009.
On January 26th we took a day off from building cars and
attended the Kalamazoo Wings game with our Late Model on
McDonald’s night. We had a great time driving the car out onto
the ice and doing a couple of doughnuts during the first
intermission of the sold out game. It was great to be able to
see former Detroit Red Wing, Darren McCarty, skate, but it was
even better to see the K-Wings win the game. I would like to
thank crew members Chuck Williams, Tommy Shoemaker, and Kevin
Wheeler for getting the car to the arena and ready to run.
